Last year I ordered a silver and gold Jesus and cross ring. Got it.
Happy even though waited for 2 months. I then ordered one for my husband at the end of November 2016 in size 8. By end of January, no ring. So I contacted Special Design to be told that I had the wrong order number when in fact they did.
So Megan makes another order and guess what? I got the ring but the wrong size. It's too big for him. Now she tells me today that I won't get another ring unless I pay again.
Why should I? It's their mistake. Of course, absolutely no phone or supervisor to talk to. I think they scam people.
My first ring. I still have it and like it. I bought this other one for our upcoming anniversary in June and now it doesn't fit him.
Shame on them. Make it right.
