Last year I ordered a silver and gold Jesus and cross ring. Got it.

Happy even though waited for 2 months. I then ordered one for my husband at the end of November 2016 in size 8. By end of January, no ring. So I contacted Special Design to be told that I had the wrong order number when in fact they did.

So Megan makes another order and guess what? I got the ring but the wrong size. It's too big for him. Now she tells me today that I won't get another ring unless I pay again.

Why should I? It's their mistake. Of course, absolutely no phone or supervisor to talk to. I think they scam people.

My first ring. I still have it and like it. I bought this other one for our upcoming anniversary in June and now it doesn't fit him.

Shame on them. Make it right.

If you received bad service the first time, why would you go back?

Only the first ring it took 2 months but otherwise happy with the ring. I didn't expect the problems with the second, figured it would be here at end of January and everything would be fine.
